Refusal to issue paid up letter, poor communication, rude agents
I have tried on numerous occasions to obtain a paid up letter to no avail. I have tried whatsapp and calling and the last person I spoke to was named joseph and did not want to give me his last name was very rude and did not want me to speak with a supervisor.
