Refunds
I have overpaid my two Standard Bank accounts in April 2021. Since April I have send emails, WhatsApps and calls to them requesting my refunds on both accounts and no one is responding to my emails, WhatsApps and calls. I spoke to all of their agents, send emails to all their managers but no response.
