REFUND WAY OVERDUE....... BE A YEAR NOW!!!!

I had a UDU acc that was settled in full last year AUGUST 2019( I believe the accounts are now taken over by MBD Attorneys). There is a substantial amount that is owing to me as a refund. I have contacted UDU on numerous occasions telephonically since last year August till February 2020 and via email and have only chatted and mailed this person from start for my refund, named KEDIBONE and she had always informed me that it will be done there was system problems then they needed some docs, I needed to send my copy of ID and proof of settlement /EFT although all this they should have on file. Despite that I had sent it and waited and called and to date my money has not been refunded to me. I then on 30 June got hold of MBD Attorney, Customer Services Legal Services Portfolio Manager Nonhlanhla Mphuti who was actually going on leave the next day and she had entrusted the task to a lady named Mama that she mailed to follow up on my refund as she can see on her side that it was not refunded to me. This task of refunding me is moving from one person to another and just not getting done.

I had sent this lady Mama and Nonhlanhla an e-mail on the 7 July and on the 18 July requesting feedback again. We are all in hard times now and I could do with that money that is rightfully long overdue to me ...be a YEAR now. why am I NOT GETTING MY MONEY???? Please can someone assist me.
