refund request

I've requested a refund more than a month ago was assisted by mamushi and she asked me to fill in a documents and send it back to her now that was done the problem I'm having is that you ppl are quick to phone when you collect by I'm waiting more than a month for my own money this is flippen ridiculous I'm sending emails to this girl she just doesn't bother to reply it's like I'm not important enough
