Refund request

I submitted a refund request with all supporting documents in November 2018 and have still not received my refund as of 15 January 2019.

Customer services is pathetic with no email response to emails sent and they do not return your call.

I spoke to a customer services consultant in December and she tried to escalate the matter with threatening that I would take the matter up with the Law Society but even that has not resolved the matter.

I will now be filing a formal complaint with the Legal Practice Council in the hope that it resolves the matter as I am getting no happiness from trying to resolve this matter myself.
