REFUND REFUND NEEDED

I am really not happy with the service I'm getting from Mbd i logged a query this year in April, long story short a deposit was made using a ref that i don't even know ,its amount to r1300 in total and i really need that refund since i am not wing mdb at all what ever that i had was paid off this year so i need that r1300,they requested POP and a bank statement so that they can credit my money and it was sent as requested but still the account its not credited my query was assigned to Marina Gambu and i believe she was supposed to kept me updated as to why its delayed or if there is something that is missing she must tell me, i really need that money and i believe if i was still owing mdb i was going to get phone calls each and every seconds of witch is not fair can mbd resolved my query as soon as possible i want my money
