Refund no response
I am trying to get my refund and no matter how many calls make or emails I send there is never no feedback and reply. I even complain to woolworths and not even they assist me. I dont get statements and for 6 weeks I have requested a statement since beginning and nothing. I just want my refund paid out and account closed. What can be so complicated.
