refund

I called in on the 19th of February to make arrangement with one of the consultant in MBD, My account was 2 months in arrears and i made arrangement to settle the arrears over 2 months(half of the arrears on the 20/02/2019 and 20/03/2019) the consultant gave me arrangement, to my surprise Naedo tracked full instalment, and i called Absa informing them that i made arrangement with MBD to pay half this month and half next month. then Absa referred me back to MBD. I then called MBD and i spoke to Teboho Hlabane, he confirmed that there`s arrangement in place for 2 months. advised him that i`m requesting a refund because i have arrangement in place. they keep on sending me from pillar to post.... please assist.
