Recovery company ****ming clients

My Woolworths credit card account was handed over to them,then I made arrangements with them to pay from last year December till May,then my Account was handed over to another recovery company to my surprise when tell me my balance I realised that the balance is still the same,when I call MBD to request for my statements they say the account is no longer with them it’s closed.I sent an email with proof of payments I got the same reply.MBD was debiting me every month but not paying Woolworths
