Received no settlement arrangements from MBD

Good day,

We reached out to MBD Credit Solutions to settle the amount owed on a TV license on the 1st of September. A discount was offered to settle the account in arrears and an arrangement was made to pay via debit order for the next three months. We also requested that proof of the telephonic exchange and arrangement be sent via mail. A few follow-up calls were needed as the documentation had not been sent via email as promised. This is not acceptable!
