REAPING PEOPLE OFF THEIR MONIES AFTER SETTLING ACCOUNTS

Philiswa Pearls Pillycious KaNonkondlo I have been dealing with Pam from your company. Last month I called and emailed her asking for the settlement amount, she emailed me the amount and I paid the account in full as per her confirmation in WRITING. I then called her asking her to email me the settlement letter, she advised that I should call Truworths. I did as per her request, left messages with no luck for Truworths to call me back. Today, I called Truworths again and I was told that I owe R439 and I should email MBD and Truworths legal. I went and rep**** to Pam's email confirming the amount I was supposed to pay to settle the account. Truworths cleared my name now I missed calls from MBD and I checked my emails, Pam made a mistake in writing now I owe MBD R439. I will not pay for her mistakes I asked her for more than 5 times for this settlement and she finally gave me the amount so if you guys are charging me for paying my account in full, I should be the one who is charging you the interest, not the other way round. I am giving you guys 2 days to sort this mess out. You can not reap me off. What kind of company is this?
