really bad service
Still waiting for my Edgars letter how long do I have to wait no answer hold on phone I need my letter when you owe money they phone 24/7 but when you pay the account finish you have to beg them for help

shocking so sad that nobody is prepared to even help I will long every day till I get my letter to say that my EDGARS is paid up I saved long and hard to settle this account and I cant even get a my paid up letter from MBD and Edgars
