Quick to collect but don't want to pay refund

<p>i made a refund request in January 2016 , they first told me they will pay me in 7 days after a month i called because i havent received my refund then they told me to send my banking details a complete a refund request form, i think i called them about 100 times they tell me someone will call me no one calls then they tell my account is being investigated, </p>
