Query

I paid off all my acounts which were hended over to MBD, two for Capitec and one for Mr price in 2022 august, i called MBD in request of the paid up letters, they told me to wait for 48hrs to recieve them but still didn't, as i were not getting help on making calls i started wrighting emails, i then got a response that said m still owing R304.83 which some how bounced due to reversal while on the system my accounts were showing that they were all paid off. I then made the payment then called later after two bussiness working days i were told to wait for 48hours to recieve the e-mail but tha never happened, now when ever i call the first consutant takes my details then refers me to the other one thats when my calls are dropped, i tried several but i get the same problem and the worst part is that they are no more responding to the emails now, i am really disappointed in the service of MBD i dont want lie. M just asking for the paid up letters and the red flag to be removed undr my name thats all
