****py Communication!
I had received my statement for November indicating that my balance on my account was R308 and later received and sms which stated that my debit order of R1118 was going to be processed.
Please advise as to why I was billed R1118 when my account balance was R308.
I contacted an agent via the whatsapp service and the person responded at first and asked me to wait until the debit went off to apply for a refund thereafter they just kept reading my messages and ignoring me which was extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
This is highly disappointing as I've never faulted in my payment arrangements.
I have repeatedly tried to get into contact with them however they do not respond to emails .

20 Dec 2022, 05:50After this post the agent responded to me with an email address of someone who would assist me, that person is on leave until 9 January and sends me an automated response with anothe email address to send my concern to So I sent my email to the new address and once again it's silence.
