Publicly Shaming & Blame shifting

So I have been called out to publish False Statements on Hello Peter - when evidence was provided - 2 months ago already - the company who's debtor's book was taken over was blamed for incorrect listing and allegedly contacted - today however I received confirmation from the creditor that they have handed this debtors book to MBD and they have to be contacted for updates on incorrect arrear listings - So how do I now get assistance? How do I get this fixed? I am being publicly humiliated and shamed for not being in arrears, never being in arrears - do i stop paying this account and jut shift the blame to someone else, as that seems to be the norm in this case
