Proof of payment

After years of seeking and tracking my account, I finally found it and paid it off. I was promised that I will get a letter of payment in two days. Now its been almost two weeks and still i havent received my proof of payment. I called the office landline a countless times and left countless messages. tried emails still failed. I kept my part of the deal and now you have to keep yours. <br> Funny how you are quick to call and harass people who owe you when you cant even pick up the call for those who need something from you.<br>
