#presribed debt !!!!!!! HARRASSED BY MBD LEGAL COLLECTIONS I have been harrased by the MBD LEGAL COLLECTIONS for the past couple of months. AND I have had MY VIRGIN ACTIVE Account CLOSED/REMOVED and when they call me ive explained and ive told them that AND THE PERSISTANTLY THREATEN AND HARRASS ME and Ive even contacted virgin active who told me they have no linked contracted to my name anymore and has been removed from there systems and I was advised by the most irrat and rude mbd consultants to pay R5340.00 /R2560.00 R3500.00 which is ABSOLUTELY F#*#*#*#G RIDICULAS !!! AND EVERYTIME THEY CALL ITS DIFFERENT AMOUNTS THAT I MUST PAY !!!!!! so still To date I am still receiving sms's and harassing calls. Which i now have to answer morgue department customer services complaint centre or this number is being transferred please hold and i cut the call !!!!! They also start calling at night from 087 numbers !!!!! I find this very strange and hard to believe !! SO MBD COLLECTIONS GET F#**#D #PRISCRIBEDDEBT!!!!! KISS MY ASSSSS !!!

I’ve had the most annoying experience with this company. In 2014 November Joined an account with Virgin Active for my husband so i was the payer and he was the user. The guy who was at sales said it was R300 per month and that seemed reasonable for me . So we signed up and things quickly turned sour, i signed a contract and and i had paid for a few months. then i resigned from my job and told them to revoke my contract based on no monthly income and that we have hardly used the account and we have paid for a few months already the guy i dealt with said its fine i can send then a 30 days notice and a letter from my attorneys stating that i have the right to revoke contract due to unemployment. and to cancel the debit order - i then asked my bank ned bank to block the debit orders from this account which had been confirmed telephonically that its been canceled and sorted then i also found out that The sales guy he resigned from the branch just a few days after i revoked my contract with virgin active . since 2015 i have had no issues about my account as i had known its been canceled , until a month ago today i received a very rude call from a MBD agent and has been calling me every single day with regards to me owing more then R2500on my account and they won’t leave me alone. They call me every day, twice a day since . I am tired at their unprofessional-ism and the rudeness of the call center agents as I’ve told them what happened numerous times and I feel I was conned into the Virgin Active account i also have requested over 7 times to the agents for a email from the MBD in writing as proof to say how much i owe to to show me for what months wer not paid so i can go to virgin active head office and resolve my case . MBD has refused to resolve this matter and I want them to stop calling me. and i am still waiting month down the line for the email correspondence to show me proof of what is owing i also call the numbers they keep giving me to get the email in writing and no joy since every time i call these numbers it tells me they don't exist im very upset and i want this issue resolved, as i refuse to pay for an amount that is owing and to my knowledge my account was revoked i also keep explaining this same story at least twice to these MBD agents and they dont listen to me and all they ****en want is us to pay the monies so i am very very unhappy and i hope this issue gets resolved i have also done a credit check on my name and shows my account was closed.

THIS IS NOW THE 3RD TIME I WILL POST THIS EVERYWHERE UNTIL THEY COMPLETELY BACK OFF FROM THIS I HAVE TO PHONE AND TELL THEM AND THEY ARE SO DARN RUDE.
