Prescription letters
I have 3 accounts that were handed over to mbd for collection and all 3 have prescribed. On the 29th January 2025 I called in to request for the prescription letters and was advised to send an email to ***. A few weeks later I received an email saying the query has been escalated to the relevant department since those files were closed I still haven’t received my letters.

Please advise on how soon I can get the correct prescription letters for the 2 Finchoice accounts listed in my email dated 17 March 2025.
I checked the Absa letter that you had sent as well and that one is reflecting the correct reference on it. So I don’t have any issues with that one. But the 2 Finchoice accounts are definitely reflecting the incorrect references.
Please advise on how soon I can get the correct prescription letters for the 2 Finchoice accounts listed in my email dated 17 March 2025.
