Prescription letter woes

I am the least happy with your service.For one to get their prescrition letter ,one has to wait for over a month,whilst you are scrutinizing it as you say.You also put me on hold and the line ends up hanging up and i have to call and start my story afresh to a new consultant,please fix your line.
