Prescription letter from MBD....assistance required

I have been looking to receive an account closed letter from MBD regarding an old debt. I called earlier in the month and after a number of tries over days, I was told to email ***. It has been two weeks and still no response...... I am at my wits' end as I need this prescription letter.
