Prescription debt which they still sending me collection emails
I have a standard bank credit card that was under debt review, last payment made on this account was made in 2019 November. I have sent them countless email requesting for a prescription letter or closed account letter yet they do not respond. What they are doing is agains the nation credit act and I believe that if that don’t assit me I will raise this matter with the NCR.
