Prescription Act - If my name is NOT cleared I will take further action!!!

<p>Dear MBD Attorneys,</p> <p>As a South African Citizen with the full right to apply my legal rights of the Prescription Act as you would know as attorneys now being much more than 3 years of being harassed by MBD for a Foschinis Account yet I do not acknowledge debt to be paid by me to your institution or to Foschini whatsoever.
