PRESCRIBED LETTERS.
My 2 accounts have been prescribed and I have sent countless emails, WhatsApp messages and even called in requesting to be emailed the prescribed letters but I keep on being told that the matter has been escalated. 3 weeks and no one has given me what i am looking for.As per the Prescription Act 68 of 1969 , read with Section 126B of the NCA. no 34 of 2005. PLEASE GIVE ME MY PRESCRIBED LETTERS.
