Prescribed Debt **** - Harrassment

They have been harassing me for over a month, 3-5 calls a day plus messages. They are looking for Frans Beukes...who I am obviously not! They don't delete my number or update their records accordingly. Are very rude and obnoxious. I am constantly blocking their numbers but they keep calling back. I get the impression that they are chasing prescribed debt of some sort but where they got my number and linked it to Frans Beukes, no one knows. New calls and messages daily coming through. Latest is they acknowledge that they have the wrong number and want you to deregister your own number by following a link...where you have to enter your ID number and consent to credit checks to proceed successfully with the process...for what? To commit ***** using ****** identification?

How do I get rid of this harassment? Blocking them doesn't help, they phone from new numbers DAILY!!!
