prescribed debt kept open under ***** payments
I have tried getting a prescribed letter and find out that payment was made on a account that was under debt review more than 5 years ago no payment and no record has been provided . i was advised by credit bureau that no active accounts are on my name which makes me believe that the debt collector made the payment to keep the account active
