Prescribed Debt - HP Rossouw ID ***

REF SR/B/M58/1880/1 I had a Direct Axis loan of which the debt has prescribed. The debt was paid by a Debt Counselor, who absconded. Since then (2014) no payments were made. Today I receive a summons. I am no longer liable for the debt. Please confirm that the summons has been recalled.
