PRESCRIBED DEBT

this MBD INC HAS BEEN CALLING AND HARRASING ME ON THE PRESCRIBE LOAN I HAD WITH CAPITEC AND IT HAS BEEN CLEARED

THEY ARE VIOLATING THE Prescription Act, No. 68 of 1969 (Prescription Act) deals with the prescription of debt.
