Prescribed Debt
My capitec loan and Credit Card are prescribed it's more than 5 Years old. Every day someone calls, SMS, and emails you went as far as to reactivate my Credit card with a payment that I did not agree to. Now I am listed at the credit bureaus. Surely this is ******* to load a default payment if the debt is prescribed. I have tried to remove all of them but you keep putting them back with false payments.
