Prescribed Debt
It's been a month now and I've been waiting for my prescription letter to be emailed to me. The last agent I spoke to was so rude and the whole staff is untrained and uneducated about prescription. It is ******* to collect on prescribed debt. Please send my prescription letter ASAP as it is needed at the original company.
