Prescribed debt

Good day everyone

I have a Absa debt which have prescribed and MBD has listed this debt at ITC. I was sent a Section 129 email and immediately listed for a prescribed debt.I am working in the legal industry and also a victim ,who is prepared to take on this untouchable company.I have read all the reviews and I am in awe that the public have let this go on for long.It is about time a consolidated legal action is combined to bring this to our courts. A company cannot list someone’s name for a prescribed debt, it is *******. I have also noted that people are trapped into acknowledging a debt under false pretence which is also *******.
