PRESCRIBED DEBT

Mbd keep on calling me everyday to collect from prescribed debt even thou sent then letter in writing stating that debt has already prescribed even the the credit provider which was CAPITE acknowledge that account is prescribed and sent me email but they refused to remove my name from ITC as they say MBD bought all the rights of the account. But MBD keep on harrising me without any valid reason and want to collect *******y
