Prescribed Debt

For over a year now you have been threatening me with legal action on an ABSA account you have purchased. ABSA is fully aware this alleged debt has been prescibed. As a respected law firm you claim to be, I do not need to explain this term to you. Therefore I suggest you take this matter up with ABSA direct for selling you a prescribed debt.<br> <br> Should you further harass me with calls and sms', I will not hesitate in contacting my attorney to take this matter further. I require an email from yourselves acknowledging the alleged debt is prescribed and that you will no longer harass me with regards to this matter, or pass/sell this on further.<br> <br> Kind regards
