Prescribed debt

To Whom it may concern,<br> <br> You sent me an email on the 6th of February threatening me with legal action on an ABSA account you have purchased. I rep**** that same day, but you have not rep**** to my email.<br> <br> I have previously emailed you about this on the following dates:<br> <br> 1. 3rd May 2015<br> 2. 18th August 2015<br> 3. 3rd February 2016<br> 4. 6th February 2016 <br> <br> But you ignored all emails.<br> <br> So to put it in the public domain to show how bad you are:<br> <br> Dear MUNNIK BASSON DAGAMA,<br> <br> Thank you for your email. However in my previous email to you I stated I do not owe you anything.<br> <br> ABSA was fully aware this alleged debt has prescibed. As a law firm I trust I do not need to explain this term to you. Therefore I suggest you have a chat with ABSA for selling you a prescribed debt.<br> <br> Should you further harass me with letters and emails, I will not hesitate in taking your firm to court. Your attention is drawn to the fact that you will be held liable for all legal costs, as I will win.<br> <br> I await your confirmation of this email.<br> <br> Thanking you,<br> <br> I require an email from yourselves acknowledging the alleged debt is prescribed and that you will no longer harass me with this, or pass/sell this on further.<br>
