PRESCRIBED ACCOUNT

I want this account closed and off my credit profile immediately. It is prescribed and purchasing prescribed accounts is not the right thing to be doing. i have tried to make contact with your call centre who are pathetic and most of the time your call centre tells me "we are experiencing high call volumes, please leave a message" what type of call centre operates like that - without keeping your client waiting for the next available consultant - or are there not enough people to handle the streaming amount of calls that you have because of what you are doing to people? my reference for the account is ********** ********** 55530 - remove it and advise me when it has been done. THIS IS URGENT
