Prescribe letter

I have been calling mbd for the past week their stuff is very rude they always drop the call all i want is a prescription letter for my foschini account the account was prescribe long time ago as its 2009 account it has been 7yrs already not making payment on that account ,it is not even listed on credit report portfolio. I have emailed also no one responded to my email ,left messages to be called but no feedback
