POPI ACT violated
Hi I have recieved a call from a friend's landline advising MBD disclosed my information via an Automated call played by your lousy company breaking the popi act which I am now taking it further as this is unacceptable..how the **** do you leave personal information like reason for call and my name on a landline that does not belong to me???
I do not wish to communicate with ur company and you will be hearing from the ombudsman and my lawyer

29 Aug 2022, 10:50Further to this when the landline was answered an the automated voice has an option to speak to a consultant and when the consultant was advised they are breaching the POPI the call was cut..how do you do business in that manner..how many other clients is this being done too. I guess a class action will set you guys right
