Poorly skilled staff
I settled my account to clear my name and I was informed that my I will receive my paid up letter between 3-5 working days and it's going on 2 weeks. Their consultants are not clued up when it comes to their own company policies. When I call them its either they will hang up the call or just answer the phone and speak to their colleagues while on the call. It's frustrating.
