poor sevice and unproffesionalism

*********** and poor service from MBD,i called them to settle my account that was handed over to them spoke to Lucia whom i asked for settlement amount she gave me i paid it,the next day i receive another call saying im still owing.the one who called me clould not even explain how is that possible just said client services will give me a callback and hang up on me.
