Poor service, incompetence, failure of feedback

hi<br> i had an account with foschini and about 2 years ago, i as told to pay a balance of R750 which will be the last debit that will be taken from my account. little did i know that i will still be owing them till today, now the amount has increased and every time they call me, they want me to pay instead of investigating the matter, even if i speak to the supervisors, they do not want to pull the call that was **** before the payment of R750. now this is affecting my credit score and i cant do anything.<br> <br> please advice if this will be sorted, this time i'm opening up a case again you. i'm sick and tired really
