Poor service from MBD attornys

I write on behalf of my mum. My mum was issued with a summons from MBD attornys after her account being paid up a year before. We have been trying to contact them to resolve the issue but they seem to be very busy and when they do take our calls most of them are rude and arrogant. The person that promised my mum to get it sorted is a Percy M. 2 weeks has passed by without a reply from him. We made many attempts trying to contact Percy but cannot get a hold of him. Totally unfair onto my mum as she has paid her account up long ago.
