POOR SERVICE FROM Boitumelo Serumola at MBD

I allegedly had a account with Sanlam loans. Account Number: 383427. Boitumelo Serumola from MBD send me a statement and on account number: 383427 there is no record of any payments made towards this account. So in other words this account has been prescribed according to act 68 of 1969. I have e-mailed Boitumelo Serumola on the 17 September stating that I want a prescription letter on this account and for my name to be removed from all ITC'S. No answer back as yet. I think this is pathetic services I am getting from MBD. I want a prescription letter by Thursday, 20 September 2018, afternoon at 13:00 the latest and in that letter it must clearly stand that the account has been prescribed and that my name will be removed from the ITC in regards to account number: 383427 as I need to hand this in at my lawyers office by Friday, 21 September 2018.

So please can someone please get to work on this that is more willing to do something than Boitumelo Serumola or I will take this matter to all mayor newspapers.

And I am still awaiting answer from Nonhlanhla Mphuthi. I had follow up with her daily last week due to the fact that she was waiting for a statement. I mailed her today and there was a out of office replay. WHEN WILL THIS BE SORTED OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS ACCOUNT IS PRESCRIBED AS PER ACT 68 OF 1969. CAN SOMEONE GET THIS SORTED OUT ASAP OR MUST I GO TO ALL THE MAYOR NEWSPAPERS BEFORE I GET ANSWERS!!!!!!!!
