Poor Service Ever

I Paid the settlement amount advised in September 2019 and emailed the proof of payment, and requested the paid up letter and ITC report to be updated as promised.

I got no response on my email and my ITC report still not updated and this affect my opportunity to find employment, as I'm currently unemployed looking for employment
