Poor service

Good day, I had a Foschini account which was handed over to Mbd attorneys and I had paid up in July 2019 already but till to date, my details have not been updated on my ITC record and my account is still arrears. I have called Mbd numerous times to advise on the above with no success. Please assist as this is affecting my record.
