Poor Service delivery
I am so disappointed in them. I settled my account 24/07/2020 but still to date i haven't received a paid up letter. I phoned them several times and they keep on telling me we will send it within 48 hours since 2020. Emails sent to their contact center several times but nothing is materializing.
