Poor service

I'm not happy with costumer service, last week I was offered 70% discount to pay off my account, I called numerous time to get an assistance and no one was helpful. the lady who offered me 70% She said i should make payment to Standard bank account for MBD LC which it is invalid, I called today and even sent an email to confirm the banking details and no one responded. I called them and i was put on hold for 20 minutes.
