Poor service

My wife and I paid off my account that was handed over, paid beginning of October however the status of that account is still open and reflects on my credit report, I would really appreciate this to be closed off ASAP as this is causing alot of inconvenience to our plans I have further called your offices and was promised this would have been sent through to the credit bureaus. I'm still waiting
