Poor service

Firstly, MBD 'Attorney's' called me, upon requesting their company details, they end the call. This happened at least 5 times.I asked for the attorney's name etc, phone call gets killed. BTW, they do not have a call centre - they pay people to work from home and they have no contact with the company, apparently.

They persist in calling at 7h45 am, even ignoring requests for calls later in the day. They gave me an account number to pay into, which I did - and that account number is wrong. They DO NOT accept responsibility for their actions, all the while killing our credit histories. WHO THE HELL are these people?

My (REAL) attorney told me to pay DIRECTLY into the banks account as MBD are causing issues. For anyone reading this, rather save yourself the stress and contact the institution directly to make the arrangements. MBD WILL charge you for EVERY call made.
