Poor Service

I am truly appauled with the services from this company. I was informed that my Getbucks account was handed over to NuDebt solutions by MBD. I made a full payment to settle my accounts on the 5th of October and received a paid up letter from NuDebt. I was told by Getbucks that my account cannot be closed due to MBD still having my account open which affects my ITC score. Neither MBD or Getbucks know how to settle this situation, instead both companies send me from pillar to post to communicate with agents who in the end cannot assist me.
