Poor Service by MBD Solutions

I am very upser because a gentleman named Sibusiso Ngwenya contacted me this morning regarding a Homechoice account of which I have repeatedly indicated that I have no knowledge of. I had forwarded MBD the documentation that was submitted to the ***** department of Homechoice, however, I continue to receive these phone calls indicating that my credit rating is being affected by this account. I will include my interaction with MBD Solutions in my complaint to be submitted to the Cried Ombudsman.
